Indian cricketer Jasprit Bumrah, is set to marry Sanjana Ganesan, a TV presenter, this month as per NDTV.
Ganesan has hosted shows of Indian Premier League, besides several others such as “Match Point”, “Cheeky Singles” and “Dil Se India”. She has also hosted Premier Badminton League.
Both Bumrah and Sanjana though have yet to confirm the wedding.
According to an ANI report last week, Bumrah had informed the BCCI of his marriage and has taken leave to help in preparations for the big day.”
Bumrah, consequently, pulled out of the fourth and final Test as well as also from the ongoing limited overs matches.
Bumrah, who made his Test debut in 2018 and ODI and T20I debuts in 2016, has been one of India’s leading fast bowlers across formats.
He has picked up 83 Test wickets, 108 ODI wickets and 59 T20I wickets. The 27-year-old is among the top 10 Test bowlers in ICC rankings.
Bumrah was part of the Indian squad that featured in 2016 T20 World Cup, 2017 Champions Trophy and 2019 World Cup.
