Sonu Sood now finds himself drawn into trouble by BMC





Bollywood actor Sonu Sood become the center of highlight with his inspirational and selfless work done during the covid-19 pandemic. However, the actor landed into trouble as the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has filed a complaint against the actor for allegedly converting a six-story residential building in Juhu into a hotel without permission from concerned authorities. 

 According to the reports, Mandar Wakankar working in the BMC K/W ward has filed the complaint on January 4 under the Maharashtra region and town planning (MRTP) Act. 

 Vishwas Mote, assistant municipal commissioner of the BMC’s K westward of BMC said, “We have filed a complaint against Sonu Sood for converting a residential building into a hotel on January 4. We are coordinating with the Mumbai Police for the investigation.”

“A First Information Report, however, has not been registered yet. The BMC engineer concerned should personally approach us and point out structural changes or any violations in his for the FIR,” said assistant commissioner of police Suhas Raikar.

 Meanwhile, Sonu Sood has denied all the allegations and clarified that he has taken all the necessary permissions and was waiting for clearance from the Maharashtra zone authority.
